AlphAktor®

Challenge:

Development of a proportional compact hydraulic cylinder with two hydraulic ports for the pressure supply and return, as well as an electrical connection for control.

Solution:

The AlphAktor® was developed as a compact hydraulic linear actuator with mechanical position feedback, proportional control, and no electronics on the cylinder.

 

As a result, the AlphAktor® can be used in any application where traditional systems with integrated electronic position measurement reach their limits due to environmental conditions.

SHC-Control-System

Challenge:

Development of a compact and modular electrohydraulic control unit for drive control in pipelines subject to extreme conditions: temperature range -60°C to +80°C, resistant to environmental influences, suitable for ATEX zones, easy to maintain, and cost-effective.

Solution:

The SHC control system meets all of the requirements listed above, as well as additional, specific customer requirements. It is implemented in the field as standard and has proven itself in extreme environmental conditions thanks to its robust and modular design.

Trailer Brake Valve (ABV)

Challenge:

Development of a retrofittable valve capable of operating at different supply voltages and various input pressures.
The driver should be able to adjust the brake pressure manually. The valve must comply with Austrian standards.

Solution:

Compact valve with a 12V or 14V supply voltage and
various input pressures to suit the specific tractor. The brake load is adjusted manually using a lever. This ensures optimal retrofit compatibility for existing trailers of various designs.
